Dig Pig is committed to manufacturing the highest quality products and providing customer satisfaction. We follow a strict quality control testing protocol to certify our standards but occasionally issues come up. To ensure customer satisfaction we are proud to offer our customers our comprehensive Dig Pig Warranty Care program. The Dig Pig Warranty Care program outlines the terms and conditions under which Dig Pig products are covered for defects in material and workmanship.
Dig Pig Care Limited Warranty Policy:
Dig Pig warrants the end user, the original purchaser of the Dig Pig product, that the product shall be devoid of defects in material and craftsmanship under standard operations and service for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase of the product (“Warranty Period”). For this warranty to apply, the Dig Pig product must have been purchased from an authorized Dig Pig dealer at terms and conditions consistent with Dig Pig standards.
Warranty Period:
The warranty period lasts 90 days from the date the product is purchased.
Covered Items:
All Dig Pig Products sold by an authorized dealer are covered under our Dig Pig Care Limited Warranty Policy. Upon receiving a claim, Dig Pig will thoroughly review the claim and at its sole discretion action a replacement part or component.
Warranty Claim Process:
To start a warranty claim you must follow the instructions provided here in. Filing a claim must be through designated Dig Pig Care contact methods. Furthermore, a dated proof of purchase, serial number (if available) and supporting photographic evidence of defect is required. Please see designated Dig Pig Care contact methods and instructions below:
Authorized Dig Pig Dealer:
Our extensive network of authorized dealers will guide you through our process and start your claim as soon as possible.
Once a file is complete the Dig Pig Care team will complete a thorough review of the claim to determine if it qualifies for Dig Pig Care. If the claim is found to be covered under The Dig Pig Warranty Care program, the Dig Pig Care Customer Support team will coordinate with you and your authorized dealer to replace the defective component or part at no cost. If the product is not covered, you will be notified and provided with alternate solutions at your expense.
Dig Pig Warranty Care Exclusions: The Dig Pig Care program does not cover the following
- Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, misapplication, or negligence.
- Damage caused by accidents, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications.
- Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, or cosmetic damage.
- Damage caused by improper storage or handling.
- Damage caused by use of non-approved accessories or components.
- Damage caused by failure to follow product instructions or guidelines.
- Damage caused by environmental factors, including but not limited to extreme temperatures or exposure to water.
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or sources.
- Damage during transit.
- Chemical damage excluding water.
- Freezing-related damage
- Damage resulting from non-approved parts or accessories.
- Damage due to poor water quality.
- Normal wear and tear of moving parts or surfaces meant to wear.
Limitations of Liability:
By purchasing and using Dig Pig products, you the end user of the Dig Pig product, agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Dig Pig Warranty Care program. Dig Pig’s liability under this warranty program is limited to the replacement of the defective component or part as described herein. Furthermore, Dig Pig shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use Dig Pig products, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or damage to other equipment.
Modification of Terms:
Dig Pig reserves the right to modify or amend the terms of this warranty program at any time without prior notice. Any such modifications or amendments shall be effective immediately upon posting on the Dig Pig website or other official channels.
